Konecranes, a manufacturer of smart warehouse robots and logistics systems, needed a more systematic way to test its continuously updated Agilon customer portal. As software became the most valuable part of the device, the company saw that manual, retrospective testing was no longer efficient enough to support frequent releases and high-quality service.

Qentinel worked with Konecranes to build and maintain test automation for the Agilon customer portal using Qentinel Pace. The solution reduced the need for Konecranes to manage its own test environment and delivered major efficiency gains: testing that previously took two weeks per version per browser is now completed in a couple of hours, saving an estimated 24 weeks of work per year across four software releases.
