Visual App, an internet marketing and web design company in Dallas, had been using Easy‑Commission since 2012 but outgrew its capabilities as their sales compensation grew more complex. Facing the need to support a new quarterly bonus and multiple commission structures with different period endings, Visual App upgraded from Easy‑Commission to QCommission to handle their advanced requirements.
QCommission worked with Visual App’s team, led by President Steve Snyder, to map the compensation rules, build and test a tailored solution, then deploy it. The QCommission implementation now automates ongoing commissions and the quarterly bonus, supports two commission structures with differing period endings, makes commissions and bonus reporting easy to understand, and provides straightforward export of results for sales reps — improvements Visual App has relied on for more than a year.
