Seeking tighter QuickBooks compatibility and easier reporting, they selected QCommission’s commission software to replace their spreadsheet-based process.

QCommission worked with Darren Miglas, Financial Controller at SCS Direct, to build a customized solution that handles complex rules (By Payee, By Payee – Product, exceptions, By Customer, etc.). Implemented in about two months, QCommission now calculates SCS Direct’s monthly commissions, significantly reducing manual effort and errors, freeing the team to analyze results rather than produce reports, and keeping SCS Direct a satisfied QCommission customer for nearly a year.
