Emporos, a leading provider of pharmacy point-of-sale (POS) solutions known for its MerchantSoft system, had recently rolled out a new commission plan and needed to replace a manual, complex commission process with an automated tool that would integrate with QuickBooks Enterprise. After evaluating options, Emporos selected QCommission, a web-based commission management solution that interfaces with QuickBooks Enterprise.

QCommission was implemented to store transaction and payout data, calculate commissions, produce and email detailed payee statements (including prior-period reproductions, split-credit reporting, and historical analysis), and provide web access for management and payees. The QCommission deployment removed the manual burden, enabled accurate and timely commission payments and reporting, improved visibility for managers and payees, and completed the process with substantially less effort.
