MCG Logistics, a global leader in parcel and heavyweight freight audit and logistics warehousing services, faced a time-consuming, error-prone commission process: monthly commissions had to be calculated from QuickBooks paid invoices with unique rates per customer job, and all calculations were done manually in Excel. QCommission’s implementation team configured MCG Logistics’ complex commission plans, integrated with QuickBooks to import paid invoices, trained staff, and enabled easy payee management and detailed commission statements. As a result, QCommission cut the calculation cycle from about five days to minutes, eliminated much of the manual re-entry and errors, and delivered clearer, more accurate commission reports.
