Early Growth Financial Services (EGFS), founded in 2008, is a team of finance and tax professionals that supports early-stage companies. EGFS processed sales commissions twice a month for 50 sales reps plus their CFO, a manual process that took 5–6 hours per pay period and made it difficult to ensure everyone was paid correctly. They evaluated options that integrated with QuickBooks Desktop and chose QCommission.

QCommission was implemented after a needs analysis and demo and integrated with EGFS’s QuickBooks Desktop system; implementation support from Prabhu Babu was timely and responsive. The QCommission solution streamlined commission processing, reduced the hours required each pay period (previously 5–6 hours), and improved payment accuracy and manageability for Early Growth Financial Services.
