Arjo successfully centralized scattered digital assets and ensured regulatory compliance by implementing a DAM

Arjo, a global MedTech company, faced a significant challenge in managing its vast number of digital assets and technical documentation, which were scattered across disparate systems, servers, and an inriver PIM. This lack of a centralized system led to poor control and findability, which was particularly critical for their regulated product information. To address this, Arjo turned to the vendor QBank to implement its DAM solution to gain control and establish a single source of truth for all assets.

The solution from QBank was implemented in two phases, involving the migration of all assets from the old PIM and the creation of customized MediaPortals for different uses. Key features like the Microsoft Office connector and Moodboards were introduced to streamline workflows for sales and external collaboration. As a result, QBank provided Arjo with a centralized hub that gave them complete control over their assets, ensuring only approved and current documentation is published. This has simplified management, improved productivity, and ensured compliance with strict legal requirements for their technical communications.
