Southern New Hampshire University engaged QASource to support a complex data migration from its legacy student information system to a new platform. The challenge involved hundreds of millions of rows of ETL work and date transformations that were time-consuming and error-prone, initially yielding only about a 90% success rate; the engagement (ETL and automation services) began in October 2019 and has continued as the project evolved.

QASource delivered ETL and automation resources (scaling from an initial 5 to a peak of 13 engineers and currently sustaining a dedicated team) to transform, validate and load data into an Oracle database while accommodating ramp-ups and ramp-downs. As a result, QASource helped improve the date transformation success rate from roughly 90% to over 99%, established a strong working relationship with the Southern New Hampshire University team, and is regarded as a valued, flexible partner on the ongoing project.
