Strategic Quadrant, a web app for product managers and product owners, needed a way to turn many scattered ideas into a clear, structured product planning and prioritization tool. QArea was brought in to help build a solution tailored to PM needs, especially for teams managing technical work and making complex decisions about what to keep, prioritize, and develop next.

QArea implemented the app using React, Redux, Node.js, and MongoDB, creating custom visualization and reporting features on top of a Kanban-based workflow. The result was a flexible, reliable platform delivered in about half the originally planned schedule, with reported outcomes including 87% satisfaction, 57% mobile app conversion, and a 77% decrease in bounce rate.
