The retailer needed dedicated QA support for its new mobile application across web, iOS, and Android to ensure reliable functionality, smooth shipping and payment flows, and a consistent user experience as the business continued to scale.
QArea provided a dedicated QA team that worked with the client’s in-house developers using Jira and performed requirements analysis, test design, execution, and defect reporting. The team carried out regression, cross-browser, functional, usability, exploratory, smoke, and confirmation testing, including Charles Proxy-based debugging, helping improve app quality and performance; the ongoing project has contributed to a 87% satisfaction rate, 57% mobile app conversion, and a 7% decrease in bounce rate.
