Financial Service Commission Mauritius, the integrated regulator for the non-bank financial services sector and worldwide business, wanted to modernize its paper-based application process by launching the Online Submissions Platform (OSP) with online submissions and payments. QArea was engaged to support the project with QA services to help ensure the platform could handle critical government-related workflows reliably and securely.
QArea delivered a mix of manual and automated QA, including performance, load, stress, UI automation, and security testing using JMeter, Microsoft Visual Studio, Selenium WebDriver, and Netsparker. The team also performed requirements review, architecture inspection, static code analysis, and test execution, helping identify defects and strengthen security and performance; while no specific metrics were provided, the work aimed to improve coverage, efficiency, and the overall quality of the OSP.
