Odoo, an open-source ERP platform with hundreds of integrated business apps, needed a major usability overhaul. QArea redesigned the ERP using JavaScript, Agile practices, GitLab, and close collaboration through Skype and Odoo. The updated system became more intuitive and customer-centric, with approved solutions delivered over a two-year project. The work also produced measurable improvements, including an 87% satisfaction rate, a 57% conversion of the mobile app, and a 7% decrease in bounce rate.
