QArea worked with Certification Company to create a mobile version of the client’s desktop website. The challenge was to deliver a mobile-friendly experience with easy access to services and a design that matched the existing site, while first analyzing the desktop site’s outdated structure, UI/UX, and performance issues.

QArea improved the desktop version and then built a modern mobile website using JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, and jQuery, following Scrum and maintaining the work in GitHub. The result was a fast, intuitive site with modern UI standards, and the client has continued working with QArea for more than five years; reported impact included an 87% satisfaction rate, 57% mobile conversion, and a 7% bounce rate decrease.
