Entertainment Company partnered with QArea to develop a booking calendar for the entertainment industry, enabling bands and singers to reserve venues for concerts, festivals, and performances. The main challenge was to add these new capabilities while the platform was already close to production, without disrupting existing functionality, and to improve usability and the overall booking experience.

QArea implemented the solution using Drupal 7 for the backend and Angular for the frontend, fixing legacy code and hosting-related performance issues to make the calendar fast and intuitive, similar to Google Calendar. The project was completed in about two months, and QArea continued supporting the client afterward; the case study also reports an 87% satisfaction rate, a 57% mobile app conversion rate, and a 7% decrease in bounce rate.
