QArea worked with Dashlane, a leading password manager and secure digital wallet, to help ensure top-notch quality across its rapidly evolving app. Dashlane’s challenge was to maintain strong security while testing a full redesign, new language releases, and the rollout and stabilization of its password changer feature across mobile devices, OS updates, browsers, and platforms.

QArea implemented an Agile QA process using Jira, Redmine, Kanban, Scrum, Zephyr, TestFlight, HockeyApp, and other deployment tools, along with custom utilities to improve productivity. The team delivered functional, compatibility, regression, UI/UX, smoke, validation, ad-hoc, cross-platform, and cross-browser testing for Dashlane across iOS, Android, Mac, PC, and web, contributing to an 87% satisfaction rate, 57% mobile app conversion, and a 7% decrease in bounce rate.
