QArea worked with Leading Child Care Service Provider, a US-based education company looking to reengineer and expand its web, Android, and iOS child care app. The goal was to support a new on-demand child care model that would let parents book and pay by the hour, manage family profiles, and handle scheduling more easily.

QArea re-engineered the legacy backend into a scalable Parse Server solution and rebuilt the frontend from scratch, adding profile management, drop-off/pickup scheduling, rewards, Stripe-based payments, and an admin dashboard for accounting and scheduling. The first version launched on the App Store and Google Play, earning positive feedback and measurable gains including 87% satisfaction, 57% mobile app conversion, and a 7% decrease in bounce rate.
