TS Tech Americas, Inc., an automotive supplier of automobile seats and interiors based in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, needed to improve supply chain performance and overcome cultural and operational barriers while implementing MMOG/LE standards. The company turned to QAD, using QAD MMOG/LE and QAD Cloud ERP to build executive buy-in, streamline training, and support a more efficient, standardized transformation.

QAD helped TS Tech Americas, Inc. implement a dedicated MMOG/LE team, Power BI dashboards, an internal tracking tool, and certified training led by QAD’s Terry Onica to monitor progress across locations and reduce manual work. As a result, TS Tech strengthened top-down alignment, improved visibility and training, and positioned itself to reduce inventory and improve supplier and customer relationships; QAD notes customers commonly see 17% to 60% lower inventory and 8% to 20% higher supplier ratings from MMOG/LE adoption.
