Spindex Industries Limited, a precision‑machining manufacturer with more than 1,600 employees across facilities in Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore and China, was running a highly customized, aging on‑premise ERP on unsupported hardware and lacked the modern features, visibility and best practices needed to support its growing operations.

Spindex engaged QAD for a Q‑Scan that revealed unused functionality and process gaps, then completed a phased QAD ERP upgrade across sites while centralizing IT and training users.
