Sodebo, the French food and beverage company known for snacking and fresh catering, needed to improve forecasting and coordinate planning across production, warehouse, and logistics while protecting product freshness. The company turned to QAD Digital Supply Chain Planning (DSCP), specifically QAD Demand Planning, to better anticipate demand and support its S&OP process.

QAD helped Sodebo centralize forecasting with finer-grained demand planning, incorporating promotions, holidays, and weather sensitivity to improve forecast accuracy and sales history adjustments. As a result, Sodebo strengthened forecasting team skills, built a more efficient supply chain, and improved stock, workload, and delivery-truck planning, enabling medium- and long-term load forecasts for manufacturing units.
