TVH Parts, part of the TVH Group, is a global aftermarket parts supplier operating from 65 sites, selling in 172 countries to over 25,000 customers. Facing very high shipping volumes (around 10,000 parcels/day in the US alone) and strict next‑day delivery expectations, the company’s in‑house transportation systems struggled to keep up with changing carrier rules and manual data entry. TVH needed a single, global solution to print carrier‑compliant labels, send EDI, and reduce the IT burden.

TVH selected QAD Precision for its global footprint, multilingual/multi‑currency support, cloud scalability and broad carrier certifications (DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.), and rolled the platform out across affiliates with the US go‑live in 2017. The solution automated label and EDI generation for parcel and LTL carriers, delivering faster label production, lower per‑shipment costs, reduced IT integration and maintenance, and a centralized, scalable platform for future rollouts (targeting more than 2 million labels per year).
