iQor is a global managed services provider with over 12,000 employees delivering end-to-end reverse supply chain and product support for major OEMs across media, telecom, consumer electronics and healthcare. Faced with rapid expansion into Asia and Eastern Europe and the need to serve dispersed customer bases (Cisco, HP, Nokia, etc.), iQor needed a single, flexible global transportation system that could support international requirements while keeping operations lean and centralized.
iQor implemented QAD Precision’s web-based, SOA transportation management and trade compliance suite, integrated with its repair and WMS systems and an extensive carrier network. The solution cut processing time per shipment from 90 to 10 seconds, enabled 30,000 packages per day (3× volume), automated carrier/country/service offerings, improved shipment visibility, and delivered an estimated $1.8M annual reduction in shipment processing costs while providing a scalable, centrally managed platform for growth.
