Edwards Garment, a uniform and apparel company serving hospitality, restaurant, casino, security, and hotel and resort customers, needed to simplify complex online order-taking and improve efficiency across its 8,500 active accounts and 4,000 distributors. To meet that challenge, Edwards Garment partnered with QAD and used QAD Digital Commerce to support its new e-commerce experience.
QAD Digital Commerce implemented real-time ERP integrations, dynamic pricing, inventory visibility, account/sub-account management, and a returns module. As a result, Edwards Garment enabled two-way order updates, real-time status and invoice visibility, and self-service distributor administration and returns—reducing overhead for Edwards Garment and creating a faster, more seamless customer experience.
