Comvita is a global natural-health company and the world leader in Manuka honey, operating a source-to-shelf model with retail, e‑commerce and third-party channels across multiple countries. Rapid growth and a dispersed supply chain — from remote beekeepers to online customers in Asia — created a pressing need for secure, anywhere-access to critical data and better information sharing across the business.

After upgrading to QAD Cloud ERP, Comvita became an early adopter of QAD’s Channel Islands UX, gaining an API-based, HTML5, mobile-ready interface with single sign-on, activity feeds, integrated messaging and customizable workspaces. The rollout improved collaboration and visibility, saved users time by consolidating tasks into one place, raised user satisfaction, streamlined transactions and operations, and gave Comvita direct input into continued product development.
