Avery CCL, a Berkshire-based industrial packaging company, needed to adapt its business model to changing customer demands, but its heavily customized, outdated ERP system was holding it back. QAD implemented an integrated ERP solution that connected planning, finished goods, raw materials, shipping, warehouse management, and QAD Financials, giving Avery CCL better visibility and collaboration across teams. The results included inventory visibility at every stage, planning time cut from eight hours to about two hours a day, and more time for strategic work and business growth. QAD also enabled a more flexible logistics operation, allowing single-unit or multi-unit picking and helping Avery CCL control supplies and adapt more easily to market changes.
