ARaymond, the Grenoble-based automotive supplier of clipping, connecting and bonding products, was looking to strengthen and optimize its global supply chain and forecasting process. The company needed a more reliable way to manage demand, distribution and production planning across multiple countries, using QAD Digital Supply Chain Planning (DSCP).

QAD implemented QAD DSCP at ARaymond, starting with pilots in France and Germany before rolling out to China, the USA, India, Turkey and the Czech Republic. The solution improved forecast reliability from 50% to 80%, increased transparency across departments, reduced expensive expedited shipments, and supported a more collaborative global S&OP process with better production planning and lower costs.
