Amtico International, a Coventry-based flooring manufacturer, was working with an aging on-premise ERP system as the company continued to grow. To modernize its operations, Amtico partnered with QAD and used QAD Adaptive ERP with QAD Effective On Boarding (EOB) to guide the upgrade and support users through the change.

QAD worked with Amtico through workshops, planning, design, data cleansing, migration, testing, and go-live, helping the team map processes, train users, and remove most of the customizations from the old system. The result was a very successful implementation with a smooth go-live, improved scalability and access to data, and strong 24/7 cloud support from QAD.
