AmSafe, a Phoenix-based industrial manufacturer of safety restraint products for the aerospace and defense industries, was limited by a heavily customized legacy ERP system that made it hard to scale, adapt, and efficiently manage complex pricing and product data. The company turned to QAD and its QAD Adaptive ERP and Adaptive UX solution, with support from QAD partner Roundview Technologies, to modernize its operations.

QAD helped AmSafe complete the upgrade on time and smoothly transition users to the new cloud-based platform. The results were immediate: pricing sheet loading time improved by 87.5%, dropping from 8–12 hours to under one hour for 600 customers, and individual pricing updates fell from up to two hours to as little as five minutes. With QAD, AmSafe also improved reporting, productivity, and confidence in system reliability.
