The customer, NetTrophy.com, an online retailer of trophies and awards, needed to update its outdated ecommerce platform to gain access to customizable features for complex product ordering and to make its shipping process more efficient. The QAD Digital Commerce team implemented the WebJaguar platform, which provided the necessary customization to streamline the unique order fulfillment and warehouse management processes. This included a specialized "Pick List" feature and an integration with UPS for automated shipping and customer notifications. As a result, NetTrophy.com automated its business processes to simplify order fulfillment and significantly improved ease of use for both its internal team and its customers.
