Sodebo, a leading French snacking and fresh catering company, faced the need to centralize its businesses and flows and to restructure sales forecasting for greater flexibility and supply-chain responsiveness. To support growth and improve demand planning across promotions, holidays and weather-sensitive products, Sodebo selected the QAD DynaSys Demand Planning solution.

QAD DynaSys implemented a centralized Demand Planning platform used by a six-person forecasting team, incorporating event management, weather sensitivity adjustments and shared data to drive S&OP processes (with ongoing work on machine‑learning daily-bucket forecasts). The deployment improved forecasting skills, enabled a more efficient supply chain and better production, warehouse and logistics planning; Sodebo reports a 6‑point reliability gain over six years, reduced product breakage since 2014, and a higher, more stable customer service level.
