Labeyrie, a European gourmet food group with more than 600 SKUs and highly seasonal, perishable products, faced difficulty maintaining service levels while improving forecast accuracy and optimizing procurement and production planning. To address short product lifecycles, heavy seasonality and just‑in‑time retailer requirements, Labeyrie selected QAD DynaSys and its Demand & Supply Chain Planning (DSCP) modules—including Demand Planning and Production Planning—integrated with their ERP.

QAD DynaSys implemented a centralized, flexible planning environment with daily demand updates and finite‑capacity production scheduling that feeds S&OP processes and the ERP. As a result, Labeyrie reached a ~99% service level (exceeding their 98.5% target), improved service by 2.2 points, sustained ~85% forecast accuracy, cut year‑end inventory by 50% and reduced stock waste by 62%, while optimizing production flows and working capital—all delivered through the QAD DynaSys solution.
