JJA, a major European home furnishings distributor, needed to standardize processes and regain control of inventory after rapid growth. Facing a scattered IT landscape and the need for robust sales forecasting and procurement planning, JJA selected QAD DynaSys and its Cloud Demand Planning and Cloud Procurement Planning solutions to support a formal Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) approach.

QAD DynaSys implemented a collaborative, cloud-based S&OP backbone with a shared database, a 12-person demand planning hub, EOQ-based procurement, dynamic safety stocks and upstream supplier coordination. The result was faster, more accurate ordering and fewer errors, improved inventory turnover, reduced shortages and working capital requirement, shortened procurement lead times and sustained sales growth over 12 months without raising WCR—demonstrating the measurable business impact of QAD DynaSys.
