ARaymond, a global fastening and assembly solutions specialist in the automotive and industrial markets, faced a decentralized supply chain with limited visibility into production capacity and inconsistent forecasting across its 26 production sites. To support a strategic shift toward collaborative Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and more predictive investment and production decisions, ARaymond selected QAD DynaSys and its Demand Planning, Distribution Planning, Production Planning and DDMRP solutions to standardize processes and integrate with their SAP backbone.

QAD DynaSys implemented an end-to-end DSCP solution rolled out by country (pilot in France and Germany, then China, the USA, India, Turkey/Czech Republic) and a DDMRP pilot in France, improving collaboration and aligning demand, production and supply planning. As a result, ARaymond increased forecast reliability from 50% to 80%, reduced expedited shipments and related costs while maintaining a 98% service level, and achieved clearer, more agile planning and decision-making supported by QAD DynaSys.
