TalkFree, a leading international VoIP and mobile VoIP provider, needed a better way to secure, manage, and share SIP trace files across support teams and with customers. Handling large volumes of network captures from multiple sources made collaboration difficult, and passing files around by email or local tools was slowing troubleshooting.

To solve this, TalkFree adopted QA Cafe’s CloudShark platform for packet capture management, integrating it with HOMER SIP capture and LDAP for seamless access control. The team could analyze and annotate captures from any device using a simple URL, improving collaboration and reducing mean time to resolution while saving time, money, and headaches.
