Using QA Cafe’s CloudShark appliance and API, Catchpoint centralized captures from hundreds of servers, secured access, and shared packet data through browser-based links instead of sending files back and forth. The result was faster collaboration and easier analysis without requiring everyone to install Wireshark, and the company said tasks that once took 10 to 30 minutes now take only seconds. QA Cafe helped Catchpoint reduce complexity, save time and money, and improve network troubleshooting efficiency.
