United Federal Credit Union (UFCU) needed a virtual banking vendor to support its strategy of growing through mergers and acquisitions. The credit union required a partner with a competitive product and proven expertise to seamlessly manage multiple core and online conversions during M&A activity.

Q2, with more than 400 conversions to date, supported UFCU by executing two online banking conversions, one core conversion, two bill-pay conversions and two multi-factor authentication conversions in the first 18 months of the partnership. As a result, UFCU’s assets grew from roughly $1 billion at contract signing to about $1.6 billion by 2014, and online banking membership rose from 38,000 in 2009 to 75,000 in 2014.
