nbkc bank, historically a mortgage lender, set out in 2016 to expand its consumer banking presence nationally but faced a substandard digital banking suite. The bank needed sophisticated, scalable tools to let customers bank anywhere, on any device, without relying on branch visits.
nbkc chose Q2’s Digital Banking Platform, Q2 SMART and Q2 Business Banking to deliver a unified, mobile-first experience and data-driven marketing. The move enabled nationwide consumer services (launching in February 2017), customers in all 50 states, roughly 100 new accounts per week with plans to accelerate growth, and improved deposit and lending opportunities through targeted analytics.
