ABN AMRO’s Customised Lending team in Amsterdam needed to simplify complex consumer and business loan processes to meet shifting regulatory requirements and bring new products to market quickly without heavy in-house development. Many of the bank’s lending products are complex and governed by varying regulations, creating a challenge to reduce time-to-market while maintaining compliance.

ABN AMRO implemented Cloud Lending’s configurable modules (CL Originate, CL Loan, CL Portal), enabling rapid product launches, digitized customer journeys and shorter loan throughput times. The solution integrated smoothly with existing internal and external APIs and Conga, delivered a buy-to-let MVP in one year, and left both customers and staff reporting improved ease of use and operational readiness for market or regulatory changes.
