Interra Credit Union, a $1B regional credit union based in Goshen, IN, sought to expand its commercial footprint but found its existing consumer-focused platform unable to compete for business accounts. Leadership needed a proven digital banking solution that delivered strong desktop and mobile experiences for both consumers and larger businesses to win deposits and commercial loans.

Interra implemented the Q2 Digital Banking Platform with Centrix Exact/TMS to provide omnichannel access, single sign-on, fraud prevention, and business services such as ACH, RDC/mRDC, positive pay, wires, and cash management. The result: more than doubled business membership to over 260 in 2018, business members depositing over $10M in checks monthly via RDC, increased commercial loans and deposits, and lower service costs for remote business members.
