Q2 Software helped a group of financial institutions tackle low adoption of their Bill Pay service. The institutions lacked the internal resources to promote the product effectively, so the goal was to raise end-user awareness and boost enrollments in online banking channels.
Q2 built a customized, trackable digital campaign with banner ads tailored to different site designs and coordinated email and online-banking marketing deliverables. The campaign generated 1.2 million banner impressions (about 79K on average in the online-banking channel), produced a click-through rate for one bank 212% above average, and drove a 131% increase in Bill Pay enrollments in one month; 95% of participating institutions saw enrollment growth, with a top increase of 200%.
