La Capitol Federal Credit Union, a Baton Rouge-based institution with more than 51,000 members, faced limited digital engagement—about 18,000 online users and no mobile app—while membership and expectations for 24/7 access were growing. The credit union needed an easy-to-use, secure, scalable digital banking solution and a strategic partner to deliver a consistent online and mobile experience.

La Capitol implemented Q2’s Digital Banking Platform, Q2 Sentinel and Q2mobility apps, which drove online enrollment from 18,000 to nearly 30,000 (about a 60% increase) and shifted two-thirds of transactions to mobile. The solution boosted cross-generational adoption, provided robust fraud protection, proved resilient during the 2016 floods, and established an ongoing strategic partnership for continued growth.
