St. Mary’s University in Halifax is a small-to-mid-sized higher education campus (1.25 million sq ft, ~6,500 students) whose 30-person facilities team relied on a cumbersome legacy CMMS that required heavy training and outside consultants and couldn’t support their self-directed work group model. That made work-order routing inefficient and created delays and frustration for both staff and requestors.
