This Texas-based facility, part of the state's largest non-profit health care system, sought to improve maternal outcomes and reduce morbidity rates. Facing time constraints on leadership and the challenge of managing vast amounts of clinical data, they partnered with Q-Centrix to establish a starting point for their participation in the TexasAIM maternal safety program.

Q-Centrix provided fast, expert data analysis to help the facility successfully integrate TexasAIM's initiatives, specifically a bundle targeting post-partum hemorrhage. This solution alleviated the abstraction load from administrative staff and enabled the facility to work toward decreasing maternal morbidity. As a result, the facility began leading maternal care improvement efforts for the state, collaborating with others to share best practices and inspire wider change.
