Pythian built and deployed a predictive maintenance solution that analyzes truck data to forecast failures and recommend maintenance, with insights embedded into Teck’s existing on-premises systems. The result is a production AI system that helps Teck plan maintenance, anticipate issues like electrical failures and suspension degradation, and avoid costly downtime while keeping trucks running more efficiently.
