Voith FRS, the finance division of Voith — a global engineering company with over 40,000 employees in 50 countries — struggled with slow, error-prone financial consolidation. Finance teams, central controllers, and site controllers manually extracted data from Oracle ERP and reconciled and adjusted reports in Excel, leading to inconsistent calculations, date ranges and sales figures and frequent validation issues.
