Videndum Production Solutions (VPS), part of global hardware and software group Videndum (brands include Vinten, Sachtler and Litepanels), supports broadcasters, studios, creators and enterprises across 11 countries with around 2,000 employees. VPS relied on IFS ERP and Salesforce for critical data but struggled with static, inconsistent reports from multiple legacy BI tools, leaving sales and leadership without a reliable, timely “single source of truth.”

VPS implemented Pyramid Analytics’ Decision Intelligence platform on top of an SSAS cube built with the Microsoft BI stack, redeveloping reports, rolling out dashboards and training users to broaden access. The result is faster, granular insights—sales teams now get up-to-date information within 30–60 minutes, the quality team produces dynamic presentations, and planned user growth will expand access further—delivering consolidated reporting, improved visualizations and quicker, data-driven decision making.
