Philadelphia Healthcare is a Dutch non-profit that supports over 9,000 clients across 500 locations with some 8,000 staff and 6,000 volunteers. Facing skills shortages, rising costs and fragmented reporting that produced multiple versions of the truth, the organisation needed a single source of BI to help managers use resources more effectively. The rollout drove consistency and best practice (for example identifying ATM outliers to shift locations to online banking), moved the organisation from descriptive to diagnostic analysis, and set a path toward predictive analytics, RPA and machine learning to do more with less and improve client care.
