Community Care Plan (CCP) is a South Florida health plan focused on delivering proactive, personalized care across eight counties. Facing fragmented data, slow access to claims and provider information, and manual report compilation that overburdened IT, CCP needed a BI solution to see the full picture of members’ needs and meet regulatory requirements.

CCP implemented Pyramid Analytics—building an OLAP cube, deploying 15 user licenses and enabling self-service reporting—which accelerated insights, created about 150 reusable metrics, and made it easy to spot payment and eligibility errors. The platform improved data quality and transparency, saved weeks of report preparation, freed IT to work on higher-value projects, and became a business‑critical tool for better member care and compliance.
