Major Insurance and Asset Management Firm partnered with Pymetrics to improve the hiring of Sales Agents. The firm was looking to address retention and performance challenges while also strengthening employer branding, and used Pymetrics’ assessment and hiring recommendations to evaluate candidate fit for the role.

Pymetrics built a custom success profile by analyzing 50 high-performing incumbent Sales Agents and then had 293 newly hired employees complete the assessment. The results showed that candidates Pymetrics identified as strong fits generated 28% higher sales and were 37% more likely to stay with the firm, while 95% of candidates enjoyed the process and 92% of recruiters said Pymetrics added value to hiring.
