Indianapolis MPO, the metropolitan planning organization for central Indiana, needed to stand up its own financial system after separating from a larger organization. The MPO can now see exactly how much is on each grant, what’s spent, encumbered and remaining, avoid over‑spending via PyanGo’s Automated Budgetary Control, reduce report prep from days to instant access (saving roughly 5–10 hours/week), and consolidate finance operations—enabling them to replace a CFO role and absorb work formerly done by a three‑person team.
