PyanGo delivered real-time budget checks, “red-flag” alerts and NetSuite-integrated controls so users must validate budgeted accounts before posting. The result: Clip reports no over-budget expenditures, fewer accounting errors, and large time savings — monthly department reviews fell from 2–3 hours to under 30 minutes, purchasing review time (previously ~1 hour/day) now only addresses exceptions, and accounting record checks dropped from 4–6 hours to under an hour — improving spend management and decision-making.
